Drop that coffee, spit your tea all over the monitor, and exclaim your favourite swear-word at 125dB… the Nürburgring powers-that-be have FINALLY released the public opening times for the old 20.8km Nordschleife!
With winds reaching 120kmh, and flood warnings all over the country, it’s really no surprise that the Nürburgring Nordschleife was also hit hard by this week’s winter storm.
Sit down, grab a coffee, and I’ll try to make this simple. There’s now a laptime benchmark for TOWING A TRAILER around the Nuerburgring Nordschleife. Continue reading VIDEO: Did you know there’s a new Nordschleife TRAILER record?
It’s funny how these things work out, but in the final few hours of the 2017 season, the Nürburgring deigned to create a window. A window of opportunity that Vincent Radermacker used to set a 7m21.23s laptime, a whopping 11s faster than the previous four-door ring-record claimant, the Alfa Romeo Giulia QV.

On Saturday our Milltek Sport team will head out into VLN qualifying with more than just a pole position on our minds. Each of our three drivers will be heading out on to the Nürburgring looking for a pole position that could lead to a championship victory in our first GT86 Cup season.
Despite actually creating the club, I have a confession to make. I still haven’t decided which Litre-car to build yet. Here’s my short-list of the most obvious choices. Because the purpose of the club is to have fun, there’s no right or wrong cars to choose. All I ask is that the car was originally available with a sub-1000cc motor and that it doesn’t use a bike motor, turbo, or supercharger.
So here’s my own short-list: Continue reading BLOG: Choosing a #CLUB1000 machine
